Booking and Cancellations Policies

 

All services booked through Seabreeze Haven are subject to the following policies which will be enforced in all circumstances.

Booking terms

  • The quickest and easiest way to book your stay with us is by booking direct online via our website. You will get instant confirmation and best available rates.

  • Full payment is required to secure the Booking.

  • Check in after 2pm

  • Check out by 10am

  • Early check in or late departure must be pre-arranged with and confirmed by the management in writing, and is subject to availability.

  • Self check-in with key safe

  • Pets allowed

  • No parties or events

  • No smoking

  • No schoolies booking accepted

  • Please treat the house with respect and leave as clean and tidy as you found it.

  • Strictly No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only with appropriate disposal of butts.

  • Pets are allowed at the property on request. It's client responsibility to clean after their own pets or extra cleaning charges apply.

  • Windows closed, doors locked and house key placed in the key safe on departure.

  • Please turn off all lights, air conditioning/heaters before check out.

  • BBQ must be left clean after use and gas bottle turned off or additional charges apply.

  • Prior to departure rubbish and recycling materials should be removed from the house and placed in the appropriate bins provided outside.

  • If you are staying at our property on a Wednesday please put the outside bins out the front curb side for collection early Thursday morning.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior to check in date will be entitled to a full refund of money. There is no cancellation fee.

  • Should a refund be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the Guests at the time of Booking.

  • Cancellations notified less than 60 days prior to check in date will forfeit the full amount paid. This will incur a $50 cancellation fee. 

  • “No shows” – if you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked no refund will be given.
     

Date changes

  • Any date changes request must be made more than 60 days prior to check in date and subject to availability.

Excess cleaning and damages

  • Smoking – permitted outdoors only. A min cleaning surcharge of $50 will apply if guests smoke inside.

  • We require you to show respect and care for our property. It is the guests’ responsibility on departure to leave the accommodation tidy and in a respectable condition. If extra cleaning is necessary a minimum charge of $50 will apply.

  • While we understand that accidents can happen, guests must notify Management of such incidents prior to their departure. No damage is to be done to the house or its contents beyond what may be considered as normal wear. Any breakages or damages to goods and property not caused by normal wear and tear, lost or damaged remote controls or lost keys will incur charges, and will be charged to your credit card as necessary. This includes linen & towels. 

 

Linen

 

With all standard bookings, we provide mattress protectors, doonas & doona covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels.

 

*All guests need to bring are their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillowcases & towels. Alternatively, these can be arranged at an additional cost of $30 for a king or a queen bed and $15 for a king single bed. This cost also includes towels. Please advise if you would like linens to be arranged and notify management at least 3 days prior to check in.

 

*Bedding Configuration:

 

- Bedroom 1: One king bed

- Bedroom 2: One queen bed

- Bedroom 3:  One queen bed and One king single bed

- Bedroom 4:  One queen bed and One king single bed

 

*Linen is supplied for Motor GP & Superbikes events only

 

*Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than 7 days.

EXCESSIVE NOISE

Noise must be kept inaudible level outside from 10PM to 8AM. This Property is located in a residential area and Management asks that Guests and their Visitors are considerate regarding noise at all times.
• Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses
